Varicose veins are a type of circulatory disorder in which the blood that should go up from the legs to the heart flows in the opposite direction.
Even without visual deformation of the blood vessels, the disease can manifest itself in the form of various unpleasant sensations in the legs.

If you have 3 or more of the following, you may have varicose veins.

  • Even after 10 minutes of walking, the legs get heavy and get tired quickly
  • Aching or throbbing pain in the legs
  • In the evening, the legs become heavy and swollen
  • Legs swell or hurt even after a little exercise
  • Blue veins protrude on the surface of the skin of the legs
  • Bruises often appear on the legs
  • Thick tortuous veins are visible on the legs
  • Symptoms of skin diseases on the legs do not go away over time
  • Spider veins are visible on the calves
  • Leg pain occurs more than three times a week
  • The color of the skin in the calves and ankles has darkened and does not become lighter over time
  • The skin often itches near the ankle
  • Standing or sitting for a long time makes symptoms worse
